Privacy Policy

Fabuloon (“the app”) is a game for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad made by Alysoft. The short version is simple: the app does not collect, send to any server, sell or share any personal data.

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts and no servers. It does not ask for your email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information.

Local network

To play, the Apple TV and the players' iPhones or iPads talk to each other directly over your own Wi‑Fi network. That is why the iPhone and iPad apps ask for the Local Network permission: to find the Apple TV. What travels between your devices — the name each player types, the cards, the clues and the votes — stays on your local network, is never sent to the internet or to us, and is gone when the game ends.

Information stored on your device

The iPhone and iPad apps remember, only on that device, the name you typed and a random code that lets you get your seat back if your connection drops during a game. This data never leaves your device, is not linked to you, and is deleted if you delete the app.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites.

Purchases

The Plus Pack is an in-app purchase made through the App Store. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. They contain no personal information and are used only to fix bugs.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
